Chair welcomed all to the meeting.

- Approval of minutes of previous Parish AGM 16th Nov 2022

- Electors nominations to positions of Chair, Secretary and Treasurer
In the absence of any volunteers, the three current post holders agreed to continue for the time being, whilst keeping the existence of the Parish Meeting under review, in view of lack of interest/attendance.

- Setting of village precept 2024/25
It was agreed that the precept would be retained at £480.
- AOB
Mike Scotter reported that the new village signs had now been installed and raised the issue of what to do with the old “Farlington” signs. It was agreed that they should be auctioned within the village as there had been some interest from residents in acquiring them. Sec will send out an alert in due course. It was also agreed that some flowers will be planted at the base of the village signs. M. Scotter, D. Waring and J. Wills agreed to take this forward.
