As agreed at the Parish Meeting AGM, the old Farlington village signs will be put up for auction as there has been some interest in them.
There are two signs (see photos), one is in quite good condition, the other not so. The third sign was not salvageable as it was a temporary sign made of wood which had rotted.
If you would like to submit a bid for either or both of the signs, please email me at secretary@farlington.org.uk with your bid by 20th October. This will then be communicated anonymously amongst bidders and you will then have a second chance to submit a bid. If you wish to see the signs in person please let me know. Monies raised will go back into the Parish coffers.
