The Great Yorkshire Bike Ride, supported by Wetherby District Lions Club, is taking place on Saturday 16th June. That means that some 2000 cyclists will be passing through the village.
There will be marshals stationed at various spots so there should be minimum impact on the locations involved and ensure that the ride is as safe as possible. Please do take care on Saturday as they will be passing through for most of the day.
Your help is needed to shape services in rural communities. Please complete the #RuralCrimeSurvey before Sunday 10 June.
- Has crime gone up or down in North Yorkshire?
- Do you feel safer compared to last year?
- Has the new Rural Task Force made a difference?
This short survey takes minutes to fill in, and you can find it here – http://www.nationalruralcrimenetwork.net/survey
