This requires a person to be a resident or have a proven connection with North Yorkshire as set out in the report (link above); and to&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Introduce a fee of \u00a3123 for inclusion on Part 1 of the register.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the if a person has already paid a fee for inclusion on one of the former Self-build and Custom Housebuilding registers they will be exempt from paying this fee.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consultation runs for 4 weeks with the deadline for submitting representation&nbsp;<strong>midnight on<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>23 November 2023&nbsp;<\/strong>and all comments must be submitted in writing to<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/webmail.names.co.uk\/eM8npBH6YYHCARdu\/?_task=mail&amp;_caps=pdf%3D1%2Cflash%3D0%2Ctiff%3D0%2Cwebp%3D1%2Cpgpmime%3D0&amp;_uid=40486&amp;_mbox=INBOX&amp;_framed=1&amp;_action=preview#NOP\">selfbuildnyc@northyorks.gov.uk.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, they can be sent to the address at the bottom of this email marked for the attention of the Planning Policy Team.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note all comments received will be recorded, alongside the name of the person or organisation making the comment.
