    The Chair welcomed all to the village hall AGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Apologies for absence<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      None<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Approval of minutes of previous Village Hall AGM 2020 by Zoom<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Minutes approved without amendment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Treasurer\u2019s report<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Funds carried forward from 20\/21 FY: \u00a311,214<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Total Covid grants received in 2021: \u00a317,431<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Electricity costs FY to date: \u00a345.05<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Miscellaneous expenses to support Covid security measures and repairs: \u00a31331.50<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Hire income: \u00a3210<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Current balance @ 30\/9\/2021: \u00a327,442.50<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Upcoming events<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            October 30th<\/sup> 2021, 7pm: Village Quiz night. Soup and roll supper with cake dessert and glass of Prosecco or soft drink. Teams of 2-4. Entries by 15th<\/sup> October. Prizes for 1st<\/sup> and 2nd<\/sup> places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            11th<\/sup> December 2021, 6.30pm: Mince pies and mulled wine night. Lighting of village Christmas tree and carols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. AOB<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Mike Scotter asked whether there was any scope for improving the state of the tarmac immediately outside the village hall as it was badly broken up allowing weeds to flourish. It was agreed that Highways should be approached in the first instance to see if they could undertake repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
